Downstairs Banquet Room

    • You must be a member to book a rental.
    • To book a rental, fill out the rental contract and bring it to the club along with a $200 deposit (refundable by check after the event if banquet room is left clean and all rules are followed).
    • Rentals are for 3 hours minimum.
    • $125 per hour for up to 125 guests.
    • $150 per hour for over 125 guests.
    • $750 for 6 hours.
    • Bring your own food or check out our catering menu to have us prepare food for your event (extra cost).
    • Decorating – Maximum of 2 hours before the event is included in the rental price; extra decorating time is $35 per hour and must be approved.
    • Clean-up must be completed within the paid rental time.
    • Background checks done on renting member and DJs or other outside entertainment.

Pavilion

  • You must be a member to book a rental.
  • To book a rental, fill out the rental contract and bring it to the club along with a $200 deposit (refundable by check after the event if the  pavilion is left clean and all rules are followed).
  • Rentals are for 3 hours minimum.
  • $125 per hour.
  • You may bring your own food anytime.
  • Clean-up time must be completed within the paid rental time.
